Bridge to Nowhere Hike

A few weeks ago i went on this amazing hike, the Bridge to Nowhere. When we went it was right when all the snow was melting so the rivers were actually rivers, not the excuse of a river you find in Southern California. Our "guide" decided to take us the long way around so instead of only crossing the river a few times, we actually did 12-13 times. But it was fun and I definetly say EVERYONE should do this hike!!

i realized something today. many times in our lives we live based on other people. we don't always realize we're doing it, it just happens. i realize i've been living my life based on what i think someone else wants. im constantly worrying whether i'm doing something right or wrong. and i wasn't happy. but when i went to the beach i saw the birds. they are so free. they can fly anywhere they want to, when they want to, however slow or fast they wish to go! we should all try and be more like these birds. we need to forget what society and the world is telling us and just be ourselves because that's the only way we can be happy. so this is the day i'm going to stop trying to be something i'm not and be who i want to be! and right now, i'm free

I went to the Ballona Wetlands the other day! Took a bunch of pictures but these were my favorites....even though you can't see the wetlands in the shot. and I also realized something today: I'm terrible with computers! so forgive the terrible layout of the pictures I just have no skill with technology

so i went to the beach a few weeks ago with my mom and little sis and it was amazing!! my sister is one of those kids that can't sit still but loves getting their picture taken. her poses are usually like the ones during school pictures. I caught this one when she wasn't watching(i told her there was a crab in the water....she couldn't find it...)
